This winter we are offering Girls Lacrosse Clinics designed to support both skill development and competitive play across all age groups.

Skills Clinics (Field Emphasis)
  • Location: Innisdale Secondary School
  • Dates:
    • Feb. 1
    • Mar. 1
    • Mar. 8
    • Mar. 15
  • Focus:
    • Stick skills and lacrosse fundamentals
    • Skills transferable between field and box
  • Who Can Attend:
    • All girls’ age groups
    • Field and box players welcome
  • Equipment:
    • Field or box sticks permitted
    • No equipment required
    • Soft balls only
  • Field Scrimmage:
    • Mar. 21 – Georgian College
    • Full field equipment required
  • Cost:
    • FREE


Compete Clinics (Box Emphasis)
  • Location: Georgian College
  • Dates:
    • Jan. 25
    • Feb. 8
    • Feb. 15
    • Feb. 22
  • Focus:
    • Box-specific competitive play
    • Small-area games and game-based drills
  • Equipment:
    • Full box equipment required
    • Hockey equipment acceptable for newer box players
  • Box Scrimmage:
    • Mar. 22 – Georgian College
    • Full box equipment required
  • Cost:
    • $50 season pass (covers all compete sessions + box scrimmage)
    • $15 drop-in per session
